Care is also available for midlife transitions, perimenopause/menopause, and navigating illness during any stage of life.

  • Yes. While the specialty is reproductive mental health, clients are also seen throughout the lifespan, including those navigating midlife, menopause, chronic illness, parenting stress, family-of-origin issues, and general emotional wellbeing. 

  • Absolutely. Counseling is available for infertility, assisted reproduction (IVF/IUI), donor gamete considerations, and surrogacy—helping individuals and couples process the emotional, relational, and ethical aspects of family building.

  • Yes. Compassionate, trauma-informed care is offered for miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and termination for medical or personal reasons. Each client’s unique experience and grieving process is honored.

  • PMADs include depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and mood disturbances that occur during pregnancy or postpartum. They are common, treatable, and nothing to be ashamed of. The practice offers evidence-based, compassionate treatment for PMADs.

  • Most clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, though frequency may shift depending on individual needs. The duration of therapy varies; some seek short-term support while others prefer ongoing care.

  • Yes. This is a private-pay practice.

  • The first appointment is a gentle conversation focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals. Together, you and your therapist will determine the best approach and begin building a supportive therapeutic relationship.
