JaNae West, LMFT

For the past 4 years, JaNae has worked in a variety of therapeutic positions including doing intensive in-home family therapy, working as a crisis counselor in the ER, working with the ACT clinician in the community-based program and working as a primary therapist inpatient at Foundations Behavioral Health. She is currently the lead IOP Clinical Director for the Light Program. JaNae has deep passion for helping individuals and families of young children (0 - 10 years old) explore and overcome inter-generational patterns that prevent a person moving towards a place of healing so that they can live their most authentic life. JaNae has personal and professional experience in understanding the enormous changes that take place with transitioning into motherhood. JaNae strives to utilize her training in family systems to help new parents navigate through the complexities of moving into their new roles by providing a safe, caring space to explore challenges and growth opportunities. JaNae is also specialized in peripartum disorders, and is working towards her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PHM-C) through Postpartum Support International. JaNae strives to bring a calm presence where individuals feel heard, cared for, and supported. JaNae has special experience and interest in working with a variety of diagnoses including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, family/relational dynamics, identify formation through in motherhood, childhood trauma/family of origin, postpartum OCD, intellectual disabilities, and trauma.

$145 Individual Sessions / $170 Family Sessions
