One Fit Mama One Fit Mama is a fitness company centered around mothers and their babies. Exercise with your baby while interacting and networking with other moms. They offer great cardiovascular and strength training workouts for all fitness levels. We also offer Prenatal and Mom and Baby Yoga Classes, Infant and Child CPR Training, social events, as well as informational seminars with various area experts on post-natal and child-related issues. 

Kiddie Cradles are fun and funky baby carriers.  We have one shouldered carriers (ring slings) and two shouldered carriers (Mei Tai's) that will help you Wear your baby from day one all the way through the toddler years! We have all sorts of fabrics including tencel (recycled wood pulp), solarveil (UVA/UVB sun protection), fleece (recycled plastic), stretch cottons, batiks and cool "Jazzy" slings!  Kiddie Cradles is located in Lancaster County and has been in the BabyWearing business for over 3 years now.  Heather teaches BabyWearing at local hospitals and moms groups along with being the local NINO (Nine In,Nine Out) leader.

The National Organization for Women (NOW) is finally on board with their new resolution in support of Mothers'/Caregivers' Economic Rights. All branches of NOW are authorized to take action to "educate the public on this issue, build coalitions with feminist activist groups that advocate for mothers' and caregivers' economic rights and lobby for appropriate federal and state legislation to create programs such as quality universal childcare, Social Security and tax credits for caregivers, and paid family medical leave insurance." links
